Today, I practice as a Licensed Physical Therapist. I work with individuals from early teens to over 100 years old. I see injuries, setbacks, victories, and resilience. I witness how progressive our lifestyles become — yet obstacles remain inevitable.
These experiences shape my belief: every person will face physical challenges. But every person also has the capacity to overcome them with the right guidance, structure, and support.

Physical Therapy in West Hollywood
As a Physical Therapist, I provide professional insight grounded in science and experience. But what defines us most is watching people change:
They show up for themselves. Refine their form. Build discipline. Stay consistent which leads to a break through.
We merge two worlds — physical rehabilitation and performance training — into one integrated system. Immediate access to both. No separation between recovery and strength.
We promote efficient movement. We develop sustainable health. We add life to years.
Where Physical Therapy Meets Strength Training
Rehabilitation, Movement Correction & Strength — All in One Place
At FulHaus Club, physical therapy is designed to do more than treat pain.
Our approach focuses on restoring movement, rebuilding strength, and improving how the body functions under real-world demands.
Led by a licensed physical therapist, our system blends rehabilitation, strength training, and movement mechanics to help clients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and return to training stronger than before.
Unlike traditional clinics that stop at passive treatment, our programs emphasize active recovery and long-term performance.
Located in West Hollywood, FulHaus Club provides a private, crowd-controlled training environment where rehabilitation meets intelligent strength training.
My Approach
Our system is built around functional movement and biomechanical efficiency, helping the body move the way it was designed to.
We combine:
• Movement assessment
• Corrective exercise
• Strength progression
• Fascial sling system integration
• Joint stabilization training
• Mobility restoration
This method allows clients to reduce pain, rebuild strength, and improve total body coordination.
Our goal is not just recovery — it’s resilience and long-term performance.
The Philosophy
Assess before overload
Correct before intensify
Progress with structure
Training should build you — not break you.
MY METHOD
Use of Sling System-Based Training:
Because it improves:
Load transfer & movement efficiency
Spinal stability without bracing excessively
Gait mechanics (walking/running)
Rotational sports performance
Injury prevention (hip/knee/low back)
And it teaches clients how to move as a system, not pieces
— perfect for your “form, efficiency, technique” coaching style.
-
The body is organized into myofascial chains—muscles and fascia that work together to stabilize and transfer force across joints.
When your slings coordinate well, you get:
Stronger, smoother lifts
Better posture under load
More efficient gait and running mechanics
Improved rotation and deceleration
Fewer “weak links” (low back, knees, shoulders)
-
Anterior Oblique Sling (AOS)
Rotation + pelvic control (obliques + adductors). Great for cutting, change of direction, and core control.
Posterior Oblique Sling (POS)
Power + cross-body connection (lat → thoracolumbar fascia → opposite glute). Huge for hinges, running stride, and anti-rotation strength.
Lateral Sling
Single-leg stability (glute med/min + lateral hip/thigh). Key for knee tracking and hip control.
Deep Longitudinal Sling
Shock absorption + posterior chain (spine → hamstrings → calves). Essential for posture and gait resilience.
-
Deep Anterior System (Core Canister)
Diaphragm + pelvic floor + TVA + psoas coordination for true trunk stability.
Spiral Line
Cross-body rotation + deceleration control.
Lateral Line (full-body)
Side-bending control + gait stability from foot to rib cage.
Superficial Front & Back Lines
Front-to-back balance (posture, hinge mechanics, extension/flexion control).
Arm Lines + Functional Lines
Grip-to-core connection for pushing/pulling/throwing mechanics.
Lasting impact
We cultivate self-awareness.
Each individual learns how their body moves through space. Understand that movement is not isolated — it is systemic. The body functions as an organized, coordinated system, not as disconnected parts.
We train with that principle.
We move with intention.
We build strength through integration.
TESTIMONIAL:
“When I started coming to FulHaus, my only goal was to be just in less pain. Now that we achieve that, my goal now is to get fitter.”
